Auditorium and meeting room equipment support

Description

The National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a contract to Carillion Communications Limited through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) G-Cloud 14 Framework. Under the contract, the supplier will provide support and maintenance services for the NAO's audiovisual (AV) and video conferencing (VC) equipment across the London auditorium and meeting rooms, and the Newcastle office meeting rooms. The contract commenced on Monday 3rd August 2026 and will run for an initial 1 year term until Monday 2nd August 2027, with the option to extend for a further 12 months until Wednesday 2nd August 2028. The total estimated contract value is £135,000 (inclusive of VAT) over the full two -year term.
