## Description

UK Shared Business Services Ltd \(UK SBS\), on behalf of UK Space Agency \(UKSA\) wishes to appoint a supplier to develop a catalogue of on-demand business support materials and tools\. No tenders were received in response to the open procedure therefore under Regulation 32 \(2\)\(a\) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(as amended\) the Contracting Authority awarded a contract by negotiated procedure without prior publication\.
