Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing is seeking a competent and experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment of communal areas to flat blocks 1 to 12 and 13 to 18, including lighting, decoration, flooring and replacement of door entry systems. The most economically advantageous tender will be accepted based on 60% Price and 40% Quality.
