DPP lateral flow device for the testing of TB

Purchase of rapid diagnostic test for the detection of tuberculosis in serum samples. The Chembio DPP test has been validated for use by APHA staff in the TB section and will be used for screening and detection purposes, as well as use in TB research projects. It is a tool in the agency's surveillance and detection of TB.

The manufacturer is an established supplier to the agency, with previous orders having been placed and received. Future orders will be placed as and when more tests are required by users in the agency.
