Supply and Installation of Furniture White Goods and Flooring (Mini Competition)

Birmingham City Council's (the Council) social housing section provides furnished accommodation to vulnerable households, generally on a short term basis. The Council currently operates circa 3000 units of temporary accommodation this contract is required to meet the service demand of the service. This contract is required to ensure that there is uniformity and consistency in the service delivery in relation to furnishing of the accommodation. It will require products to furnish and part-furnish between 40 to 80 properties each month. This will vary in accordance with service demand so should be used as a guide only rather than instruction.
