## Description

The works comprise the refurbishment of local authority park tennis courts and include: 1\. Painting courts, and/or repairing fencing or installing a new fence and/or access gate; 2\.Resurfacing courts, and/or repairing fencing or installing a new fence and/or access gate\. Works will be delivered on a design & build basis under JCT MWD 2016/SBCC MWD2016 and the Contractor will be expected to act in the role of Lead and Principal Designer\. A National framework will be established with the award of single provider frameworks by region \(lot\)\. Works will be awarded by Direct Award procedure\.
