## Description

The End User Services \(EUS\) MOD Network Official \(MNO\) project requires MNO Communications and Business Change Support service as described in Schedule 1 as the MNO project starts to expand and reach critical phases in its delivery\. The availability of the required support within EUS is either very low or doesn't exist, therefore, external support is required\.
