## Description

Cheshire West and Chester Council together with the ICB are looking for a care provider to develop a bespoke person-centred single service \(unable to share living accommodation and staffing\) for a gentleman who is a highly complex individual with diagnoses of moderate learning disabilities, Autism and ADHD\.
