## Description

Effective consultation enables the Council to make truly informed decisions on policies and services and makes us more accountable to our citizens, stakeholders and partners\. We are looking for a Service Provider to conduct public consultation or engagement projects on our behalf on an ad hoc basis where we lack capacity to deliver in-house due to conflicting priorities or timescales\. Additional information: Please note, service providers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 14:00 on 29th September 2019\. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response\. The deadline for returns is 14:00 on 30th September 2019\.
