National Highways East Region is looking to appoint a Consultant to undertake a review, with GG104 Safety Risk Assessments as required, to address and close out the actions raised in the Stage 4 Road Safety Audit report, referenced 514489 /52209211 Final and associated cover letter\. A Stage 4 Road Safety Audit was carried out on the A11 Fiveways to Thetford bypass scheme in August 2016\. A full response to this report and the issues identified appears not to have been produced\.
