The LGA wishes to establish a new industrial relations support offer aiming to assess and enhance industrial relations capacity and maturity in English local government. This will involve developing, piloting and delivering a training programme and related resources. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
