SCF Lot 2 Mini-Competition: Princes Parade Leisure Centre Design & Build

Southern Construction Framework Invitation to Mini Competition (Part 2) for Princes Parade. The works to be carried out by the appointed Contractor include the following: 1. Site remediation, including site clearance and levelling works. 2. New wet and dry side Lesiure Centre. 3. New road and car parking. 4. Utility services - new and relocated. 5. New prominade. The residential elements and the new public realm areas to the west and centre of the Princes Parade development does not form part of the works to be carried out by the appointed contractor.
