Work description
Health Education England (HEE) is seeking to commission an external partner to scope the requirement for an evidence-based Quality Improvement (QI) system training for neonatal staff based in Neonatal units. It is expected that will be conducted with the Neonatal Network Managers, British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM), the Neonatal Nurses Association, the Neonatal Operational Delivery networks (ODN), Bliss and other key stakeholders to establish what kind of QI activity could be developed and systematically rolled out across the network. This is a time limited project and the results must be delivered to HEE by 31 March 2019.
