The Client invites tenders to provide the service for an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to design a proposal for an improvement scheme to the existing Newry to Poyntzpass Greenway. The project involves the upgrade and enhancement of the Greenway to improve accessibility, safety, connectivity and overall user experience.

The commission is for an Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) to deliver RIBA Stage 2-3 services including concept and spatial coordination design, condition surveys and upgrade assessments, environmental consultant coordination, community consultation, stakeholder & landowner engagement, planning submissions and other statutory approvals required.
