Description

Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a provider to deliver property service charge management support. The contract covers two main areas: - Service Charge Consultancy (including audits, fixed-fee reviews, and contingent-fee challenges to secure savings and ensure lease compliance), and - Property Management (including preparation of budgets, reconciliations, and certifications where GSTT is responsible for administering service charges).
