ESC wishes to update some of the vehicle input data used in its ESME:Transport model, specifically the cost and performance data for cars and vans\. ESC is therefore seeking organisations interested in providing up-to-date data\. The project budget is up to £40k and work is required to be completed before the end of March\. An invitation to submit expressions of interest is attached\.
