## Description

The Isle of Wight Council conducted a further competition using the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework Agreement 664\_24, Lot 4c\. The further competition has resulted in a contract award for the provision of high needs school demand and capacity consultancy services\. The main objectives of the contract are to develop and mobilise an SEND advice hub\. To create a model of good practice and to create a new approach identifying, supporting and prioritising the needs of children with SEND through the development of an SEND framework\.
