Contract for the provision of Building Management Systems Service & Maintenance and 24/7 Monitoring To provide efficient and effective annual maintenance and monitoring on the BMS systems for the Police and Fire service. Suppliers must be approved TTC's "Trend Technology Centres" or equivalent. Due to the nature and location of the systems, suppliers must be able to provide 24-hour technical support and a 2 hour on site response to the sites.
