A new Tender will be re-issued with appropriate amendments due to a change in circumstances.(The Authority is undertaking an open procurement process on behalf of itself for a provider to carry out Building Services and maintenance at the NARU Facility based in Winterbourne Gunner, Near Salisbury. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a Contract for the provision of Building and services and maintenance. It is anticipated that the Authority will appoint a Primary and Secondary supplier on award of this tender.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
