## Description

To design, supply and install a fully functioning modular unit of 150m2 split into 120m2 hall and a 30m2 store with separate external access ramps and appropriate windows, doors, heating and lighting and of suitable floor strength commensurate with the proposed use as an exercise space \(for children\), dining area and event space\.
