Advance Northumberland (Developments) Limited, trading as Advance Northumberland (Developments) Ltd requires Groundworks & Plot Works subcontractor for our Development at Whinney Hill Guidepost Northumberland Phase 2B and Phase 4 works. Phase 2B (31 Plots) and Phase 4 (30 Plots) consist of 61 plots in total. The tender also includes for the roads and sewers to Phase 4.
