Work description
Slough Council for Voluntary Service (SCVS) is looking for organisations or partnerships delivering outcomes that prevent or reduce the need for statutory health, care or support services, under two main outcomes of information and advice services and health and wellbeing services (including physical and social activities, befriending and a volunteer driver scheme).
Estimated Value: 2-8 organisations will be commissioned from a £200k pot
