T0502 Carbon assurance and Stakeholder management services

National Highways' objectives for this task are to: - Obtain technical assurance of the cost and carbon estimating tool currently being developed by National Highways including engagement with DfT, other government bodies and internal stakeholders to seek feedback on the tool's approach and its ability to fulfil its intended purpose. - Summarise the tool's operating model in a way that is accessible to stakeholders and raise awareness of the tool through engagement with National Highways teams and the supply chain. - Review the current implementation programme and identify any gaps in what is needed to bring the tool into business-as-usual operation.
