RFQ for the provision of an A3 Scanner with Kofax bundle or Kofax VRS 5.1 Elite Licences

Halton Borough Council's Electoral Registration Services are seeking quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced suppliers to provide options on the 2 requirements detailed below: -

• The purchase of 2 x A3 Scanners complete with Kofax Software Bundled, including delivery, installation and on-going support/maintenance.

OR • The purchase of 2 x Kofax VRS 5.1 Licences to work on 2 x Fujitsu Fi-6670 A3 Scanners with on-going support/maintenance. The aim of the Scanners is to support the work performed by Electoral Registration Services, comply with Regulations and provide effective records management of paper records produced by residents throughout the Borough
