Soft Market Testing - Provision of Food Waste Collection Service for Households and optional service for collection from Non-Household Municipal Premises\. Five of the Worcestershire district councils are considering the option of coming to the market in 2024/2025\. The purpose of this exercise is to inform any future procurement by gaining market intelligence\.
