Description
This procurement utilised a Further Competition using CCS Framework RM3774 NS&I required two creative agencies to deliver on key marketing objectives over 12 months. These were lotted within the Further Competition as follows: Lot 1: Lead agency; over-arching campaign strategy and creative development for integrated through-the-line campaigns; capability in delivering campaign collateral across all advertising and direct marketing channels - digital, print and broadcast as required. Lot 2: Direct marketing and digital only; tactical campaigns to our customer base through print and email channels; digital campaigns (biddable and display).
