Provision of Hendon Cemetery Gatehouse Restoration and Refurbishment Works

The London Borough of Barnet (LBB) has commissioned for the restoration and renovation for the Gatehouse at Hendon Cemetery, which has been subject to fire damage and vandalism. The works will consist of complete strip out of internal walls, ceilings and floors, and internal fit out. Upon the restoration being complete, the building will serve as an office and meeting space for the cemetery, with a small cafe. The existing locally listed Gatehouse building is located within the Hendon cemetery grounds and consists of two floors, along with loft space. The associated cemetery is located towards the North-West, behind the Gatehouse building. The surrounding area primarily consists of residential buildings.
