Description

A mini competition process under the SCC/ESCC/WSCC Public Bus Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Local Bus Routes ran in January 2025. Socially necessary bus routes funded by Surrey County Council serve communities across Surrey, offering services which enable residents to get access to employment, education, essential shopping from town centres, reduce social isolation and support access to routine medical appointments. This is a mini competition process under the SCC/ESCC/WSCC Public Bus Dynamic Purchasing System undertaken in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015.
