## Description

Estates Maintenance Services required for c67 Mental Health buildings primarily in North West London and an option for a high secure Hospital for a partner Trust based in Berkshire\. The proposed contract is for a minimum 5 year period with a and 2 annual extensions from 1st April 2021 with a potential break at 3 years\. The scope of services includes PPM, Reactive, M&E, Fabric and associated services \(such as Energy Management, Projects & Minor Works\) comprising of a mix of site-based & mobile solutions\.
