\*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* UK Shared Business Services Ltd \(UKSBS\) had a requirement for the provision of a Business Process Modelling Platform\. The maximum Call-Off Contract Value for the 12-month Call-Off Contract Term shall not exceed £15,054\.00 excluding VAT\. In addition, a non-committed contingency value of up to £20,000\.00 excluding VAT may be utilised at the Buyer's discretion for the purchase of additional IBM Blueworks Live licences during the Call-Off Contract Term\. The total maximum Call-Off Contract Value, including the contingency value, shall not exceed £35,054\.00 excluding VAT\. This procurement is being concluded following a mini-competition under the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement \(RM1557\.14\)\.
