## Description

The refurbishment of existing garage blocks to 2no\. sites within the East Riding\. Works will include the removal of existing roofing coverings, facias and rain water goods\. Renewal of roof with high performance felt roof finish, renewal of facias and rain water goods and renewal of garage doors to 1no\. site and the provision of structural restraint to existing roof structures at the other site\.
