Description
Luminate Education Group is seeking to appoint a suitable Main Contractor to provide a new build teaching facility within the grounds of Temple Newsam. This is a New build scheme, utilising Passivhaus principles. The site itself is within a conservation area, is adjacent to a grade II listed wall on one side and a row of protected trees with protected roots on the other. Access to the site is limited and as part of the scheme, a new driveway will need to be installed. For further details please refer to the attached documents. Additional information: Completed PQQ's should be submitted via the InTend portal by the due date 12 noon Friday 7th June 2024 upon which your submission will be evaluated. Responses received after this time and date will not be considered. The portal may be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/fe/aspx/home.
