ITT for the Provision of A Software Asset Management Solution The Borough Council of Sandwell \(the Council\) invited interested parties \(“Tenderers”\) to participate in a Tender exercise to establish a Contract for the provision of a Software Asset Management Solution to capture the installed software and related hardware assets on its estate\.
