## Description

Contract Award Notice for Work Order and agreed terms with Bluesmith, the requirement incorporates a pilot / proof of concept Data Platform hosted in the Azure tenant\. Work completed by Bluesmith will be invoiced on a time and materials basis and is capped at 180 days\.
