The Arcade, Bognor Regis - Enabling Works on behalf of Arun District Council

Minor Demolition/Strip out of an existing building to enable the provision of 35 nr apartments. Works include significant strip out of the building fabric and services, as well as fire remedial works to the existing floors and remedial works to the existing roof coverings. The existing building has 3 storeys, with much of the work taking place on the first and second floors. The ground floor consists of several commercial units that will be operational whilst these works take place.
