Supported Employment 2023

The London Borough of Sutton People Directorate are commissioning a Supported Employment Service for vulnerable adults with a mental health need or a learning disability or a physical disability who want to work. \r \r For the purpose of this service employment or work is defined as a real job in the open labour market that is paid the prevailing wage or self employment. Training, education, volunteering or work experience may be essential elements for delivering this aim if they are part of a genuine pathway to paid work. \r
