## Description

The provision of cloud broker services to work with the Buyer to define its requirements, appraise and procure suitable solutions from the market \(Discovery\)\. Following the Discovery the Broker will be required to trial the selected solution\(s\) \(Alpha\) and where required to supply and implement the solution\(s\) and provide on-going support and maintenance \(Beta/Live\)\. This Call-Off Contract can be extended by the Buyer for 2 period\(s\) of 12 months each\. The value of the Call Off Contract may increase through subsequent work identified in the Initial Phase which may be commissioned through Statements of Work \(SOW\) with defined outcomes and costs to enable the transformation of the Buyer's customer contact services\.
