Invitation to Tender for Supply and Installation of new roof coverings and wall cladding to Westside & Sycamore Community Centres, Basingstoke

The Council is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor or contractors for building and roofing works at Westside Community Centre and Sycamore Community Centre, Basingstoke. The works include removal and replacement of existing flat roof coverings together with other associated building works as per the specification included in the tender documentation.

This tender consists of 2 Lots:

Lot 1 - Works at Westside Community Centre Lot 2 - Works at Sycamore Community Centre

Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
