Wheelchair Accessibility Improvement Works to Robertsbridge Community College

ESCC Property Services are required to deliver an annual programme of works to various school and non-school buildings every year to ensure that they remain operational, fit for purpose and in a good and safe state of repair. There are generally 50 to 60 projects per year included in the planned maintenance programme and these are tendered to contractors during the financial year.

All projects covered under this maintenance programme are tendered via a mini competition through the the BHCC & ESCC Planned Maintenance Framework which is the Councils preferred route to market for these projects.

This award is for a call off contract comprising wheelchair accessibility improvement works for a specific student starting at the school in September 2021.
