## Description

The Council has a requirement to migrate from the current on premise exchange service to the Council's new Office 365 Service\. Microsoft Exchange 2010 will no longer be support by Microsoft from the 13th October 2020\.The plan is that the Council will migrate our exchange to the Cloud with Office 365 to address this risk along with improving the provision of exchange services\.
