## Description

Our requirements for the agency are across the following areas; Multi-channel campaign development and delivery: Strategic and creative development for integrated through-the-line campaigns; capability in developing campaigns from briefing through all stages i\.e\. campaign strategy; proposition development; creative development and production; across all customer marketing and advertising channels \(TV is not a usual feature of our marketing plan but capability in delivery would be required\)\. Customer Relationship Management \(CRM\): Strategic development and delivery of an ongoing programme of marketing comms for a regulated client, through the lifecycle of a customer i\.e\. on-boarding, upsell/cross-sell, engagement comms - to support customer satisfaction and retention, and build loyalty\. Data-driven: Consultation and expertise to create data-driven and personalised customer campaigns, leveraging our knowledge and insights, marketing automation and experimentation capabilities\. You would work closely with NS&I's Data Planning team to support, develop and provide challenge as we build this capability internally\.
