## Description

Following a competitive process, Liverpool City Council have awarded a contract to City Build \(Manchester\) Ltd\. via the Rise Construction Framework for a total contract value of £177,959\.16 for demolition of a single storey link building, including removal of the concrete floor slab, replacement of roof structure and coverings to retained plant roofs and remedial works to openings to the rear elevation of Picton Baths\.
