NEUPC is aiming to establish a new framework agreement for the provision of Roofing, Roofing maintenance, and other associated activities for (predominantly) Higher Education institutions in the North, North East, and Midlands of England. Expenditure analysis indicates that this activity could be worth up to £4,500,000 net per annum.
