PR2176 - Review of Guidance Documentation 2023

Description

PHSO have developed and published a range of public facing documents. Collectively, these documents outline guidance and recommendations regarding what constitutes a good complaint handling experience for complainants, and also the standards to which PHSO should hold itself to. Each of these have been in existence for a number of years. We therefore want to undertake a review of these documents to assess their ongoing relevance and ensure their continuing efficacy.
