CWF Lot 1B - Refurbishment of Eskdale House EPH Longtown

The refurbishment and alteration of the Eskdale House EPH Longtown. The works include re-roofing, rewiring, new heating system, alterations to from larger bedrooms, additional ensuites, disabled WC and modifications to laundry, new windows and rainwater goods, alterations to front entrance externally and to rear garden area including repositioning of oil tank. New floor coverings and decoration and minor internal alterations and the internal doors and screens renewed. The works will take place when the home has been temporarily decanted to allow the works to take place with no disruption to the residents
