Appointment of experienced digital transformation specialists to work alongside ACE staff to ensure the GIS project is set up for success and delivered well, while building ACE's internal capability for delivering digital transformation through introducing and helping to embed digital ways of working, coaching leaders and delivery teams, and providing ongoing assurance, advice, review and support\.
