DHSC_Dispute Resolution Independent Review

A review of the factors that might contribute to how disagreements develop between parents or carers of a critically ill child and the healthcare teams responsible for the provision of care or medical treatment for the child. The contract will improve the DHSC's understanding of how disagreements develop, how they are being resolved and will inform national and regional learning and improvement and support the creation of good, collaborative relationships between parents and healthcare staff.
