SUBSIDENCE REMEDIATION TO 21-23 SMELTERWOOD DRIVE

Description

Structural movement and subsidence are affecting the properties at 21 and 23 Smelterwood Drive, and permanent stabilisation measures are required to prevent further deterioration. The proposed solution is the injection of a geopolymer beneath the full extent of the foundations. The detailed methodology is to be developed by the Contractor and will be assessed as part of the Quality evaluation (refer to the Instructions to Tenderers). A drainage survey is also required and may identify the need for repairs.
