Research Life Cycle Scoping, Options appraisals and plans for investments

The University of Manchester wishes to contract for the use of appropriate skills and experience of an external organization to assist in the definition and scope of a Research Life Cycle Management Project. The principal deliverables are: • a thorough appraisal of potential options for, and opportunities that might be realised from, a full Research Life Cycle Project; • a full Business Case for the Research Life Cycle Project, including statement of opportunity, scope, intended approach, capital and revenue estimates, financial and non-financial benefits, resource requirements and delivery plan
