## Description

Sheffield City Council \(SCC\) has administered a Tenants Contents Insurance Scheme for many years\. The tenant's contents insurance scheme is an important tool in building financial resilience considering the cost-of-living crisis and is something which SCC is keen to continue administering for its tenants\. To continue to provide this valuable service the Council needs to appoint a supplier to provide a tenants contents insurance scheme on a sub-delegated agreement, for the period 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2026\. This will enable the Council to continue offering a tenants contents scheme as a vital way of helping low-income households and those with poor credit ratings to obtain insurance, affording equal opportunities to all\.
